✨ Sizing Policy
To make sure your nails fit like a glove (literally!), it’s super important to know your sizes before placing an order, and the easiest way to do that is to use a sizing kit. Every nail shape fits differently, so please double-check your sizes for each shape you love. Since all sets are custom-made just for you, I've left the sizing aspect for you to decide. So make sure to get your perfect sizes as I can’t be responsible for sizing errors — so let’s get those measurements right, queen! 👑💕
🚚 Shipping Info (UK Only 💌)
Here’s how everything gets to you:
♡ Sizing Kits: Shipped within 24 hours so you can find your perfect fit as quickly as possible.
♡ Nail Sets: Shipped across the UK with a flat rate of £3.50 (or whatever shipping rate you decide to set).

⌛ Processing Time
Each set is handmade with love, care, and serious attention to detail. Please allow up to 7 days for me to create your nails before they’re shipped out. During busy seasons or high order volumes, it may take a little longer so if that's the case with your order, I will always communicate that to you (via email) so you're kept in the loop. But regardless, they’ll always be worth the wait! 💗✨
❌ Returns
Because every set is custom made to fit your unique hands, all sales are final. I don’t offer returns, but keep reading for what to do if something isn’t quite right.
💸 Exchanges & Refunds
While I don’t offer exchanges, I will absolutely make it right if:
♡ Your order arrives damaged
♡ You receive the wrong items
In those rare cases, please email me at hello@nailsbyhelen.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number and a few clear photos, and I’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible 💌
